Hi I'm Ed

I work at Infor. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business and have worked for the same company over 22 years. I enjoy writing. I have written poems and I am currently working on a novel. I also enjoy music and I love to sing. I am a husband, a father and grandfather. My greatest joy is my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I converted to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints when I was 14 years of age. Two Mormon missionaries knocked on our door one day and asked if we would be interested in hearing about the gospel of Jesus Christ. We let them in and listened to their message and gained a testimony through study and prayer that their message was true. Our family has never been happier since that day. I am so thankful for the guidance and direction the Mormon Church has given me all these years. Particularly, in these troubled times we live in, the Church has been my anchor to remain steadfast in my desire to follow our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I attend church regularly. In church I serve as a Ward Missionary, sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with those who are interested. I also teach a gospel lesson in church on the 3rd Sunday of each month. I pray regularly and read in the Holy Scriptures. In the Mormon Church our Holy Scriptures consist of the Bible, Book of Mormon, Doctrine & Covenants and The Pearl of Great Price as well as the words of our modern Prophets and Apostles. I try to follow the example of our Savior, Jesus Christ by extending kindness, love and charity to everyone. As members of the Church we are taught that service to our fellow human beings, our communities and country is very important. One of the ways I have tried to serve is by taking an active part during U.S. Presidential elections. At different times I have served as both a county and state delegate and have volunteered at campaign phone centers.
