Hi I'm Greg Olsen

Iwas raised by my grandparents. I grew up in Leavitt, Alberta. I love sports! I love my family more! I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am a husband to a great wife and a dad of four beautiful children. I am a teacher by profession. I love sports, the outdoors, traveling and photography. I enjoy family history in the form of journaling, scrapbooking, and photojournaling. Nothing is better than being surrounded by family and loved ones.

Why I am a Mormon

For me, being a member of the church comes down to blessings. The blessings of an eternal family is very important to me. The blessings of peace that come through keeping the commandments very reassuring. The blessing that God continues to speak to man today through prophets just as he did anciently lets me know that all dispensations are important to our Heavenly Father and gives me great comfort. I have felt the witness of the Holy Ghost and so many ways and in so many different circumstances that I just cannot see myself as anything other than a Mormon and a follower of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith by quietly serving in any way that I can. I have always enjoyed working with youth and have had many great experiences over the years in the scouting program. I am currently serving by helping young adults organize and plan activities of a social and/or spiritual nature. In the community, I try to let the light of the gospel shine in my language, by my conduct, and through the serenity and peace that living the gospel provides through following the Savior.
