Hi I'm Sam

I love motorcycles, and I train to be a violin maker. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I love music. I play violin and viola, and am in training to be a violin maker. My hobbies include motorcycling and photography.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the church, but I wasn't born with a testimony. The Sister Missionaries at Temple Square helped me a lot. They asked me (even though I was a member) to read the pamphlet about Joseph Smith and then pray. I agreed to try it and that prayer is sacred to me. I have dedicated myself to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that living His commandments is what brings REAL joy and peace into our lives. It isn't easy but it IS worth it!

How I live my faith

I'm preparing to serve a full time mission. I want to learn to be like Christ. I want to share His love with the world.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

The process of gaining a testimony is different for everybody. Just because I was born into the church doesn't mean I was born with a testimony. For a long time I didn't know what a testimony was and if I had one or not. The Sister Missionaries at Temple Square planted the seed of faith and desire in my heart. They promised me that I could know for myself, and I have since gained a testimony. That is why I STAY in the church and why I prepare to serve a mission. Regardless of who you are or if you even desire religion in you life. I can tell you that your Father in Heaven loves you and and has a wonderful plan for you life. He wants you to be happy! I promise that you can pray to know HIS plan for you and that you can pray to feel HIS love for you. Show more Show less
