Hi I'm Paul

I grew up in a small town in Northern Utah. I speak Vietnamese, have a helicopter license and enjoy volunteer work.

About Me

I have two beautiful children. My daughter is my oldest and is almost a teenager. My second child has special needs (Angelman's Syndrome) and is 9 years old. He is tough, doesn't talk and loves hugs.. sometimes he loud in public too. He is blessed to have surgeries at Shriner's hospital every 6 months thanks to some very charitable giving people in this world. I work at New York Life offering life insurance and retirement planning as a Charter Financial Consultant and am a licensed Financial Advisor. I enjoy traveling... I love sailing.. I enjoy volunteering with Circle of Care where we counsel children whose parents have passed away. This comes close to my heart because my Dad passed when I was two years old. I also enjoy volunteering driving elderly to doctor's appointments in my hometown - it's a great service, lifts the spirits of all involved and makes for some great stories to be shared as well.

Why I am a Mormon

The real question is Who isn't in my family.. lol.. jk. I went away from church for many years and found that the thing I desire most in life is to create a happy solid family environment. I have found many strong families in the church and am working to create that someday for myself and my children. I already have two beautiful children and that in and of itself is a huge blessing, but there is definitely room for growth in developing my skills as a mate, husband and eternal friend.

How I live my faith

Volunteering in the communities near me. Attending church to be a better father each day - I have a long ways still to go. I really enjoy home teaching (visiting other members monthly to check on them) and have found some great friendships this way too. It's nice finding these friendships that support me in positive healthy ways in life.
