Hi I'm Alexis

I grew up in Idaho Falls. I held up my standards to my friends on the swim team. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a young believer of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I love to do anything outdoors and anything active! In high school I was an avid competitive swimmer and that was my life in high school. My parents and my older siblings always supported me in every swim meet. I love my family and they always helped me accomplish the things that I set out to do by motivating me. I also enjoy taking long backpacking trips with my older brother and father. They always lead me to a good mountain lake to go swimming in. If my family is there it is always a good time.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have a strong testimony and belief in Heavenly Father and His son, Jesus Christ. I know that I was created in their image of flesh and bone. I know that Heavenly Father has a purpose for each and every single one of us. I know that I try to live my life by keeping His commandments I can find what the potential that He has in-stored for me. I know this because I have seen the strengthening power of the Atonement. Jesus Christ has atoned for my sins and will help me reconcile my sins that I commit. He is there for me just as I am for Him. He Knows me and helps me every single day. He not only helps me through my sins' but His Atonement helps in two fold. It helps to reconcile my sins and strengthen my weaknesses through His love and comfort every single day. I love Him and I know that He loves me too!

How I live my faith

I participate in my faith by accepting responsibilities that I have been given. I have organized many activities where the members get together to enjoy each others company in a safe environment where we do not have to worry about temptations sneaking in. I have also helped teaching about family history and the importance of it in my church. I have also had many opportunities to bare my testimony and beliefs to those around me.
