Hi I'm Kelsie

I'm a Mormon, I was born and raised in Northern Utah. I love science!

About Me

My name is Kelsie and I was attending Weber State University. I plan on going into Nursing and becoming a Registered Nurse. I enjoy talking to and listening to people and learning about their life. I love psychology and learning how the brain works. For right now I have been called to serve in the Washington Everett Mission for 18 months. but when I get back I will continue school by becoming a certified Phlebotomist (someone who draws blood) and shortly after getting married and starting a family. I was born and raised in the Church.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love the teachings of this Gospel. I have a testimony of the truthfulness of this Gospel. I love Jesus Christ and I know this is His true and full Gospel. I am a Mormon because I believe in Eternal Families and the strength of the family. I know there is a plan for us after this life. I believe in the plan of Salvation. I believe in Joseph Smith and that he truly did see God the Father and Jesus Christ and he was called of them to restore this Gospel to this Earth. I know the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. I know the power of God is given to worthy men of the church. I know the temple is the House of God, and I know the blessings that come from the temple. I know our Heavenly Father knows each of us personally and I know He hears and answers our prayers in His time. I have faith in our Lord Jesus Christ and in God the Eternal Father. I am a Mormon because I have asked and been given an answer for myself of the truthfulness of these teachings.

How I live my faith

I live my faith every day by working to be an example for those around me. Also I have been working on preparing to serve a mission. I attend church every week and I go willing to learn something new. I attend the temple regularly and I share my testimony with those willing to listen and every opportunity I get. I study the scriptures, praying for the understanding needed to strengthen my testimony. I ask questions when I have them and I don't expect an answer for everything yet.
