Hi I'm Michaella Robertson

I am a student. I am a teacher. I am one who tries to stay creative and postive. I am also a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently a senior at Brigham Young University--I have been studying Theatre Eduction. I have always dreamed of being a teacher and I hope to be teaching in high schools soon. I was recently married and I have been learning the ups and downs--mostly ups--of being married. I also love to write and binge watch netflix: izombie, Grey's Anatomy, and the 100.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised a Mormon. But I was converted to the church fully when I was 18 I was on my own and I hit a wall where nothing made me feel better and no one was there to comfort me. I asked for a blessing and I was reassured that the Lord was aware of me and that He knew that I was struggling. I knew that I was important in the eyes of our Heavenly Father. From that point on I have tried my best to show my Lord that I was not only aware of Him, but that I loved him.

How I live my faith

Living a very busy life and being religious can sometimes get in the way of one another. However, I try to focus my life on Jesus Christ. I work towards my goals, but I stay close to my Savior and allow Him to steer me when I need it. I do this by praying, reading scriptures, adn looking for ways to serve.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

Michaella Robertson
A testimony is saying what you believe. As members of the Church we often talk about our testimonies of the church growing and this is basically saying that our belief an understanding of the Church is growing. A testimony is declaring what you believe, not being ashamed of it, and living it. Show more Show less
