Hi I'm Raphael Liu

I look like a Korean,but I'm not;l sing like a singer,but I'm not;I act like a mormon,and guess what? I really am!!!

About Me

First of all, I grew up in Taiwan. I was born and raised in a Mormon family. I love my mom more than ANYONE! I really enjoy traveling. When I was in high school me and a friend road our bikes all the way around Taiwan. I enjoy Art. I love oil paintings and am an avid painter myself. When it comes to music I like R&B. Badminton is my favorite sport to play, and I do get little competitive. My dream is to become a Professor of Chinese and work at BYU for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I think having this as a career would allow me to learn and grow in a subject I enjoy, as well as give me time that I could use to enjoy other things in my life. I want to have a family, and I want to be able to spend time with my children that I may teach the right and wrong, and that through Jesus Christ we can do all things. I think that through small things great things happen, and I'm excited to see that in my future.

Why I am a Mormon

I know the restored Gospel is true. Growing up I didn't have a choice whether I wanted to or not, but when I personally made the decision to Pray and ask God he truly gave me an answer. I know He lives, and loves, and creates, and protects, and watches. He promises all people that he will answer them, but we first need to trust Him and ask Him through Prayer.

How I live my faith

I act as an example of what Heavenly Father would want us to do. I try to be clean in all ways: mind, words, actions. I love Heavenly Father and I want to help his children, my friends and family, return to him. I also make sure that every day I have time to live as close to God as I can. I do this through reading the scriptures and going to church so that I can learn about him. I will also pray often that I can receive answers to my questions and follow the council he gives me in my heart.
