Hi I'm Sari

I grew up in Minnesota, but I am originally from Mexico. I love to learn new languages, specially Arabic and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hello everyone, well I am just really happy that I am a Mormon. I know that God loves us so much. One thing that I am really thankful with God its that He gave me the gift to relate to anyone in a wonderful way. Since I was young I have a close relationship with Arab people. I love their culture, music, and food. I am learning Arabic right now and hopefully later I will try to find a job over there in the Middle East. I am Latin so my native language is Spanish, but I know inside me I have a little Arab heritage, I am so attach to them. My goal its to help kids that are in need. I am a student right now, planning to go on a mission soon, and after I want to keep studying and get married and have a wonderful family. I have a strong believe that RESPECT is one of the keys to have a better life on earth, if you love our Heavenly Father, I know with no doubt that a great way to show him that its by loving your brothers and sisters, regardless of their race, color, believes, etc.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints since I was born. I am a Mormon because I feel peace in my heart. I feel a tender love of God, and I know that I can go back to him if I am obedient to all His commandments. I am grateful for the atonement. I know that our savior and our redeemer is Jesus Christ. I know that He gave His life for us so that way we can repent, if we repent with a sincere heart He will forgive us and we cant start again, no one is prefect in this world, but at least we can try to be with God's and Christ's help. I know that we have a living prophet that guide us and help us in our lives each day. I am happy to be a Mormon.

How I live my faith

As I have said before, I love children with all my heart. Right now I am the secretary of the primary at my church. I am preparing myself to go on a mission soon. I live my faith by helping my brothers and sisters and listening to them and giving service to anyone who is in need. I invite my friends to come with me to church, I know that they will like it because it is a peaceful place.

What is the Mormon lifestyle like? How do Mormons live?

One of the greatest reasons for being here on earth is to "have joy" (2 Nephi 2:25). Personal prayer, scripture study, and attending church helps us better understand that the best way to find joy and happiness in this life is to know about Our Heavenly Father's plan of happiness, the gospel of Jesus Christ, and to strive to keep God's "law" (Proverbs 29:18). Families are an essential part of God's Plan and much of how we live focuses on our families. We want to share the happiness we enjoy with everyone we can through service, missionary work, and contributing to society. Show more Show less
