Hi I'm Sara

I'm a college student. I love running through fields of dandelions. I've been called to be a missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am studying Special Education and dream of being a teacher for those with special needs. My passions also include ice cream, laughing, making funny faces, being barefoot, getting lost in the mountains of Utah, going for long runs, and making wishes on dandelions. My family and friends are my everything. I have the greatest blessing to be serving as a full time missionary in the New Mexico Farmington Mission!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have chosen to be. I was raised in the church but when I was 16, my mom decided that she did not believe in our faith any longer while my dad chose to stand firm in the gospel. I had two polar opposite views from my parents and I knew that I had to figure out for myself what I truly believed and what I wanted to stand for. It took a lot of work and sincere prayer with my Heavenly Father but I came to know that this gospel is true and is where I need to be every moment of everyday for the rest of my life! Not many things make me happier than being able to say for myself that I know that Christ lives.

How I live my faith

I have had so many opportunities to work with the youth of our church. I've worked at a girls' camp as a counselor where our purpose was to bring young women of all different faiths to their Savior, Jesus Christ. Right now, I have the great privilege of being the Lord's servant to bear witness of Christ to His children as a missionary.
