Hi I'm Mitchell Hullinger

I'm 19 years old and going to college. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently 19 years old and attending college, studying business management with a financial emphasis. I enjoy college and take my education very seriously. I grew up in an LDS family that love me and raised me in the Church. I have my two parents, one older brother, and a little brother and sister. I love participating in sports and getting out and being active. I played football for my high school and enjoyed playing various sports growing up. During the summer, my family and I love to get outdoors and do fun activities, like wakeboarding, boating, or camping.

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a member of this church for one reason; it makes me happy. There is heartache in my life just like everybody else in the world, but the faith and hope that the Gospel brings into my life lets me know that everything is going to be alright. No matter what is thrown at you in life, no matter where you are, or what the circumstances are, the Gospel of Jesus Christ can help lead, guide, and comfort you through it. The gospel brings an eternal happiness, which nothings else can bring into your life. We have a Father in Heaven who loves every single one of us equally. If you have sinned in your life, that does not mean He loves you any less. He desperately wants you to come unto him and be forgiven of all of your sins so that you can be happy. He wants all of His children to return to live with him again in Heaven. I can promise anybody, that if they want to have joy in their life, there is only one way to achieve it. That is by coming unto Christ and accepting his gospel.

How I live my faith

As is customary when young men become of age in the Church, I will soon be serving a two year mission for the Church. At 19 years old, I love my Heavenly Father enough to give him two years of my life and completely dedicate my life to serving him and raising up His church. This service requires keeping a tough schedule every single day and going out and teaching people about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Being a member of the Church is not a very easy thing to do at times. There are a lot of temptations in the world today that make some of the commandments hard to live, but the blessings that come from being obedient and following the commandments make everything worth it. You will see a MAJOR difference in your life if you decide to take the first step to follow our savior Jesus Christ and be baptized into his church.
