Hi I'm Bryce

I grew up in the historic town Nauvoo. I am serving a mission in Fukuoka, Japan. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was raised in the small town Nauvoo Illinois. This little town has tremendous church history and has such a special spirit. I grew up in Catholic school and attended mass each Friday. I learned all the prayers and tradition of that church. While learning of Christ both at school and at my church I grew to love Him. When I became a teenager I knelt in prayer, after reading the Book of Mormon, and asked if the Book of Mormon was true. Heavenly Father confirmed to me that it was. I know attend Brigham Young University. I am studying Athletic Training and plan to become a physical therapist. Through my studies, I have gained an understanding of the human body and how it is indeed and miracle.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because without a doubt I know this is the path the Lord wants me to follow. I am a Mormon because it simply makes me happy. I am a Mormon because it gives me hope and teaches me why I am here and what my purpose here on the earth is. I am a Mormon because I know that the Lord continues to speak to us through His prophets here on the earth. I am a Mormon because I have read the Book of Mormon and know that it is the word of God. Because I know that, I know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet. Heavenly Father wants us to return to live with Him again someday, and by following the teachings of this church you will find your way back. I know this. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by praying and reading my scriptures daily. I strive to keep a close and personal relationship with my Savior. I am preparing to serve a mission so I try to study Preach My Gospel which is a study guide missionaries use while serving missions. In my calling at BYU I helped organize and plan ward activities. It is very important to make every single ward member feel wanted and appreciated. By planning and organizing events ward member were able to mingle and get to know one another and were better able to serve each other.
