Hi I'm Adam Hastriter

I am the second child of 7. I like playing the piano and spending time with friends and family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My dad is in the United States Air Force and my mom a homemaker. I have done 5 semesters of college 3 of which are from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. I attended the first 2 years of high school before going to a community college for a year. I lettered in wrestling my sophomore year. I enjoy playing the piano and guitar. My favorite games are phase 10, battleship, and tons of other board games. I'm going to be serving a mission for 2 years in the Korea Seoul mission for the church.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents brought me to church every Sunday my whole life. I have since developed my own personal testimony of this church. Being around others at church and hearing them bear testimony of this church I can feel their sincere belief through the spirit. I know that the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has the fullness of Christ's gospel. I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet and brought forth the restoration and the translation of the Book of Mormon. I know that God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost are three separate beings. Their are living prophets on the earth and President Thomas S. Monson leads through revelation today. I know that families can be together forever. I know that through Christ's atonement all can be saved. I say these in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by searching for my own answers to questions, pray about them, and usually ask for counsel from my parents and church leaders. I participate where I can in service projects. Daily I read from the Book of Mormon and with my family we read scriptures every night together.
