Hi I'm Michael Proudfoot

I was born in France and grew up on three continents. I'm a student of mathematics and economics at BYU. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student, but right now I'm taking two years off to serve a mission in the Washington, D.C. North mission speaking Mandarin Chinese. I'm the oldest of four and the son of two lovely parents who are sealed together for eternity. I'm English, but have lived all over the world. I love to read and play board games, I'm an avid computer geek and I love math.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised Mormon, but I am still a Mormon because of the great truth to be found in this church. After much prayer and study I have come to know the truth. The church is full of fantastic people and many of the people I have met at church are some of the best people I know.

How I live my faith

Right now, I'm serving full-time in the D.C. area, sharing the gospel in Mandarin. Previously, I have served as secretary to the leadership of my congregation, leader of the young men aged 16-17, and as a FamilySearch indexer.
