Hi I'm Annalisa

I am so excited to be a missionary in Santiago, Chile. I love being a Mormon!

About Me

I just graduated high school this last year. For all but these fifteen months of my life that I can remember, I have lived in communities where there are only a handful of Latter-Day Saints. I love playing sports, especially soccer, volleyball, and running in track. A lot of my memories include spending time with family and friends. I love spending time with people! This last nine months I have been working at an assisted living facility as a certified nurse aide and med aide and at a cute clothing boutique. Juggling two jobs has been a difficult but rewarding experience. My plan was to go to college but with the change in age for girl missionaries, I jumped at the opportunity to serve a mission! So here I go to Santiago, Chile for eighteen months, sharing the precious truths of the gospel to everyone around me.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Latter-Day Saint family and so I have always felt a happiness and peace that comes from this church. But I have come to know that The Church of Jesus Christ is true for myself through sincere prayer and studying the Book of Mormon and Bible. I gained a testimony and feel the hope and love that comes from Jesus Christ and with that, I cannot be anything else but a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by really trying to reach out, help, and love others. One of the most precious gifts the Savior, Jesus Christ, gave while on this earth is the time he spent with those around Him. I'm trying to be like Jesus. I have had a lot of opportunities to serve in the church to help strengthen the youth, leading music, and lately I have had opportunities to help teach the children on Sundays.
