Hi I'm Robert

I grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. I became a Mormon at age 45. I am retired and 72.

About Me

I am 72 now and enjoying my retirement although I accept commercial driving assignments when ever possible. I prefer to stay very busy to minimize my TV time. I am a reader, like gardening and my fish pond. I have become a HAM radio operator this past year. I enjoy bee keeping and really enjoy tent camping and practice my Dutch oven baking. I baked bread commercially in the past and now have a little shop in the garage and bake several times a week for pleasure and to help with church activities.

Why I am a Mormon

After learning on the LDS church I studied the faith and developed a testimony of the truthfulness of the Joseph Smith story and the validity of the Book of Mormon. As the years have passed I have gained a deeper understand of the Gospel and the plan of salvation. If one will open their heart to a presentation of the doctrine of the LDS church they will have a conformation its truthfulness.

How I live my faith

Attend church every week because that is the only way for my testimony to grow. Read the scriptures (Bible and Book of Mormon), and of course kneel down with my wife to pray for guidance.
