Hi I'm Kevin

I have lived and grown up in Utah. I love anything adventurous and challenging. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived in Utah my whole life, and i love it! I have one older brother and three older sisters. I have been blessed to have them in my life. My parents are amazing and they do so much for me! I am who I am today because of them. I love being outdoors, skiing, wake boarding, hiking, anything that is a little challenging, count me in. I love playing sports and am a pretty competitive person. That is a little bit about who I am.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that Jesus Christ died for you and me, I know that he has suffered for all of our sins and that we can return with him someday. I was born and raised in the church and am so thankful for that wonderful blessing I had, because i know that i would be lost and wouldn't truly be as happy without it! Knowing that families can be together forever is the most comforting feeling. My father was diagnosed with MS in October 2004. Since than our family has had some close calls. My dad was in a wheelchair for 2 years and has never stopped fighting. He is the most positive person I know! He has been in and out of the hospital quite a few times, and there were times where we thought he wasn't going to come home, that his time here was going to be done. While all this was happening we were at peace. Yes i was terrified, but because of the gospel I knew whatever happened everything was going to be okay. Today he is still here and my inspiration. He is the most positive person in the world and he is a trooper. My mom is also a hero, nothing would have happened without her, she was by my dads side no matter what and she really is super women. I know this church is true and am so thankful for the atonement. No one is perfect and I have made many mistakes but have experienced the lords hand in my life. The gospel means everything to me, and I am so excited to be able to serve a mission in the beautiful place of Ukraine!

How I live my faith

The gospel is the most important thing in my life. Without it I know that i would be lost. I have recently been called to serve an LDS mission in Donetsk, Ukraine. I could not be more thrilled to have the opportunity to give the savior two years of my life for all that he has done for me. I know this is the right decision to serve a mission. No one has told me I have to go, or forcing me to go. I have always wanted to serve a mission and i know its the right thing to do. I know it don't be easy, but seeing the joy that the gospel brings to families is more than enough of a reason to leave foe two years. This gospel is church and I know it is.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?
