Hi I'm Kaylee

I grew up in Utah. I love my family. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I have lived in Utah all my life. I am a sophomore in college studying neuroscience. I am best friends with my older sister and younger brother. I enjoy playing the harmonica. I like to cook, crochet, take pictures, ponder, read, take care of pets, and eat fresh peaches and raspberries. I love being left-handed. I love making people happy.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love the gospel. I grew up in the church, but I have gained a testimony of it for myself. When I was younger, my sister would read the Book of Mormon every day. Being a typical younger sister, I followed her example and began to read it daily as well. My testimony of its truthfulness grew as I felt the Spirit while I read. Today, I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that Joseph Smith is a prophet of God. I know that President Thomas S. Monson is a true and living prophet. I know that Heavenly Father hears and answers prayers. Life is not always easy, there continue to be challenges and trials, but through trusting Heavenly Father, I am able to feel peace and be happy. I know He loves me and He loves all of His children.

How I live my faith

Every day I do the little things -say my prayers and read my scriptures. These help me to have the Spirit with me every day and they are invaluable to me. I also accept any calling in my ward that I am asked to fulfill. I have been an indexer on familysearch.org, and more recently have been a chorister. I love being able to serve my community and ward family.
