Hi I'm Connor

I'm currently serving the Lord in South Africa. I am Mormon

About Me

I have loved all kinds of sports my whole life. I played football and baseball in high school. The number one place i could be is anywhere that is outdoors. I am the 3rd child out of 4 boys. I am the first to serve a mission and for the past year I have been serving that mission in Cape Town, South Africa. I absolutely love it and love the people that I am helping. I couldn't dream of better place to be right now. I enjoy meeting new people and learning different cultures. Even though i grew up in the church, I didn't have a testimony or really even took religion seriously until I turned 18 and graduated from high school.

Why I am a Mormon

I am so thankful to be a member of this church. I have a strong testimony of the gospel and it grows each and every day. I know my Savior loves me, and I know that Thomas S. Monson is a true prophet of God. I know that the true church was restored through the prophet Joseph Smith. I am so thankful for the atonement, and everything He sacrificed for us. I love my Father in Heaven.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to emulate the Savior and His life. I know i fall short a lot but as i continue to progress and try to be a better person each day, I can help those around me and enjoy this life to its fullest. I constantly use the Atonement in my life and study from the Bible and Book of Mormon daily and try to apply the teaching in them. I am also an Eagle Scout, and was taught to serve others at an early age. Everyone of us is a child of God and should be treated like one. I do my best to accept others and love them as I do my own family. I am serving as a full time missionary, and when I go home I hope to continue to help others enjoy the blessings that our Father in Heaven has for them.
