Hi I'm Gina

I was raised in the northern mountains of California, I ride, race, and help others. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have ridden my whole life, ATV's and horses and I love it. Currently I am a student at a university studying paramedicine. Besides from school and riding, I enjoy going ice caving, hiking, camping, and playing sports with my friends. My family is really into shooting and we love to go out and compete, I especially enjoy skeet shooting. My family is really into our family history and culture so growing up was fun. There may not be many of us but we are always together and we are always cooking and enjoying ones company.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because I know that this is the one true church on the earth today and that it has been restored by Joseph Smith through Christ. There are many times when my beliefs have been solidified time and again. A time when i've known the Gospel to be true is when i've gone to Temple Square. The feeling of the Spirit is so strong there that you cannot help but feel it. You feel as though you are floating or the most peaceful person on the earth. The last time I went, I had gone by myself and spent an entire day there. Not one moment was I ever lonely. I had the Spirit as my constant companion and I knew He was with me every moment. To feel such love from the Spirit and my Heavenly Father only assured my faith in my Savior Jesus Christ. I know that if you ask you will definitely receive, and if you knock, it will be opened to you, because that is what I was doing when I went to Temple Square. I needed to strengthen myself and my testimony and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I choose to follow Christ because I know He is my Savior and that this is His Gospel. I know this through the feelings of the Spirit and through reading the Book of Mormon. Time and again I have felt the peace from when you come to know Christ and allow Him to help carry me on my path as I prepare to meet my Heavenly Father once again.

How I live my faith

I have grown up in the Gospel and have been blessed from it. Especially in a program for the young ladies. I loved my Young Women Leaders and all the girls. We were and still are a family. I was in a small ward so we all held callings. I was the Beehive, Mine Maid, and Laurels President and grew to love each and everyone of the girls. We would plan our Tuesday mutual activities (youth group) and sometimes teach lesson and go do service for anyone. Whether it was cooking goods and giving them to someone or going and chopping wood, we were there. Since we were all so close, Girls Camp was amazing. My testimony of Jesus Christ grew significantly during those years. I know that I have a Heavenly Father that Loves me with all of his heart, and a Savior that gave his life for me. Growing up in the church has truly blessed who I am as a person in every way. Through all the programs with the youth to adult hood. I have been blessed. I love my Heavenly Father and my Savior with every fiber of my being and the relationship I have with each of them has grown significantly through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
