Hi I'm Jamie

I grew up in a small farm town in Utah. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi I'm Jamie,I am 21 years old. I grew up in a very small town in Utah. I have two sisters, one step sister, and three step brothers. I am the middle child. I was born with Spina Bifida and I am currently serving a full-time mission in Jacksonville, Florida.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised into the church, and all growing up I never doubted the church was true, but I simply leaned on my parents testimonies. I never really had one of my one until I turned 19. When I was 19 years old President Monson ( President of the church) announced during General Conference that girls could serve missions when they turned 19 instead of 21. I really wanted to serve but before I could go testify about the church I needed to know for myself that this church was true. So I decided to gain a testimony for myself. I read the Book Of Mormon and I prayed and asked God if this was the true church. I received an answer and I now can say with out a doubt in my mind that this is Christ's church once again restored to the earth. Living the Gospel brings me so much happiness and helps me through the rough times in this life. And I want to share that with everyone because I know it can bring them happiness too. That is why I am serving a full-time mission in Jacksonville, Florida.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being the best example I can to others around me, attending my church meetings every Sunday, and doing my absolute best to live and keep the commandments of God.
