Hi I'm Tate

I am serving a mission in Taiwan. I love to ski and mountain bike. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I worked hard at earning a high school diploma, and now I get to take my talents on a mission in Taiwan. I enjoy watching and playing just about every sport, huge fan of college football and the world cup. Winter is my favorite season, I can't get enough of skiing and hanging out in the snow. I love being in the mountains skiing or mountain biking. I never get enough of family time.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because, put simply, it is what brings me pure happiness. I have come to know that God loves me and has a plan for me as I have participated in his church. Following his word and reading his scriptures has given me peace for this live and hope for the next.

How I live my faith

I have held a lot of church leadership positions among the youth in my church. I plan activities and events that help bring the youth and leaders of the church come together. I have recently have been on committees helping high school and college students to prepare for missionary service. Missionary work is a very important aspect of our church, so we work hard to make sure our missionaries are ready for the challenge. I live my faith by putting family first. This is such an important role in God's plan, and it is important for me that I love and take care of my family and help others to do the same. It is truly what brings eternal happiness.
