Hi I'm Braxton Lisonbee

I've lived in Utah my whole life. I'm an avid sports card collector. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love sports. Basketball, football, soccer, baseball, whatever. Playing them, watching them, analyzing them, talking about them. I collect sports cards and memorabilia. I am going to serve my mission in the California Oakland/San Francisco Mission. I plan on attending Southern Utah University upon my return to earn my degree and become a sports broadcaster.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, because this church makes me a better man. I live happier, healthier, and a much more loving and caring life. It gives me the Ten Commandments, along with the Word of Wisdom, articles of faith, and much more. I have the Atonement. The knowledge that Jesus Christ died for me and my sins. I have the scriptures. The Bible, the Book of Mormon, and the Pearl of Great Price. I have a modern day prophet in Thomas S. Monson and his apostles. I was born in to a wonderful, loving and supportive family. The knowledge of the next life. That families are forever. I love this church and am so grateful for all that it brings. I say this in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I try to serve all of the older people in my ward. I also make sure to do all that is asked of me, setting up for ward parties, shoveling the neighborhood or church house walks, whatever it is. Charity is a big part of living in this Church. Serving all those whom I can. I attend Sacrament meeting, Sunday school, and priesthood. I read my scriptures, say my daily prayers, and attend church each week. I try my best to not just be a "Sunday Mormon." I try to live my faith everyday.
