Hi I'm Taylor

I enjoy superhero movies, I'm in choir and theatre, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm going to college right now as a pre-med student. Eventually I hope to go to medical school for cardiothoracic surgery. I love listening (and attempting to sing) acapella and barbershop music with choirs at my college. I tried sports, that didn't work, and so I went into theatre because it looked fun, and it turns out that I'm not half bad!

Why I am a Mormon

This church is different from any other. The people in this church are happier, more willing to help, and actually seem genuinely interested in your well-being. You aren't swallowed up in some huge congregation with a preacher yelling at you from the pulpit. When you read the Book of Mormon...I can tell you it's not like any other book on the planet. The truths taught make you a better person. You start reading and I promise you, you will see changes in yourself for the better. If you don't notice them, others will! You will be happier, more optimistic, and life will just seem brighter!

How I live my faith

When I moved to college I recently transferred congregations to attend the one at my college. I was part of the youth leadership in charge of organizing the various sub-groups to make sure they all worked in harmony (so no one double-booked anything) and to make sure that each of the guys (I specifically was an advisor in charge of the young men) was holding up and wasn't struggling with changes or homesick. That's one of the things I love about this church; they make sure that no one is left behind.
