Hi I'm Haley

I grew up in Idaho. I love to play volleyball and the violin. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I love spending time with family. I currently am attending college and am majoring in Linguistics. I love listening to music. I enjoy playing all sports but mostly volleyball. I also love practicing my violin. I was a part of my high school color guard team where we won state for seven years in a row.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this gospel but I have chosen to continue to be a member because I believe everything that is taught. I know that Joseph Smith restored this gospel to this earth through the power and will of God. I know that we can all change and become better. The atonement is real and works for everything who has faith and comes unto Him. I sustain Thomas S. Monson as the prophet of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I'm so thankful for the temple, that we have them on the earth today. I'm thankful for the saving ordinances that are performed there. I know and am thankful that I can be with my family forever. It wouldn't be heaven without the ones that are dearest to me. Prayer is communication between the Lord and us. I know he hears every prayer and understands everyone. Heavenly Father knows who you are. He knows your struggles, trials and triumphs. He knows who we can become and for that reason He has put certain people and trials in our lives just for us, to help us get to our fullest. Through our Lord Jesus Christ we can overcome any struggle, hardship or trial that happens. The Lord is with us always, we just need to reach out to him, ask for his help and then do as he commands.

How I live my faith

In my ward I am a part of the Family History Committee. Every Sunday we get together with members of our ward and index. We search for our ancestors and do their work. I am also a visiting teacher; I go see two ladies in the ward and just visit with them, help them with anything they are in need of and then share an uplifting message to help them throughout the month.
