Hi I'm Elle

I'm a college student from a small southern town in virginia. I love to run. I love traveling for service. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am a college student from a small town in virginia. I absolutely love to run. I am currently learning guitar, but I'm still pretty terrible. I take pictures obsessively with a big old camera. I love sprinkles and frozen fruit. I am the oldest child of five, and love the whole gang to pieces. I have traveled to central America to serve in orphanages twice now, and nothing brings me more joy. Soon I'll return to serve a full time mission in Guatemala. I love my long board and I love to read and I love to shop at thrift stores and I love the Gospel of Christ. That's me.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because it just makes sense. It makes sense to stay away from addictive substances, to refrain from premarital sex, to live a good life serving others and staying close to God. The Plan of Salvation is comforting, and logical. There is a grand scheme in all things, and it's the only one on earth that doesn't have any missing parts. It's all here, so I am here, too.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving and loving those around me. I visit other countries and work in orphanages, and I talk with patients at my local nursing home. Big or small, I try to be in constant giving, like my Savior was.
