Hi I'm Christopher Nielson

I am a Roller Coaster Fanatic, a drummer, a brother, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been a Mormon my whole life. I've grown up in a great home with good parents. I love being active, especially playing basketball or going swimming. I also enjoy music. I have played the drums since I was in 7th grade and I love sitting down and playing along to my favorite songs. It relaxes me to be banging on my drum set. I'm a huge fan of Roller Coasters and Amusement Parks. I grew up in Southern California, so I was able to go to a lot of different Amusement Parks. I am a student at Brigham Young University and I want to major in Mechanical Engineering or Business or both! I have 4 siblings and I love spending time with each of them. I love being their brother and showing them how much I love them.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon is somthing that every member must decide for themselves. Every person in the church must have their own personal conversion story in order to become a disciple of Jesus Christ. My parents have given me a remarkable example of the kind of person that I should be with the gospel in my life. Their testimony can't support me though, so I needed to gain my own. I have had several confirming witnesses that this church is true. If you honestly seek the truth, you will find it.

How I live my faith

I do my best to apply the teachings of Jesus Christ in my life. I have gained a love of reading from the scriptures. When you are honestly searching for answers and for peace, the scriptures turn into your best friend. I realize that the best way to show my faith is by the way that I act. It is one thing to profess your love for the Savior and another thing entirely to show your love through your actions. It brings me joy to see others applying and living the Gospel of Jesus Christ in their life.
