Hi I'm Christina

I love sports, movies, eating and napping. I am a Mormon

About Me

My parents are from Haiti, there are 7 kids in my family. I grew up in Utah, played many sports in Middle School and High School. My favorite sport to play is basketball, I played all 3 years in High School and have played 2 years in College. I would like to be a Physical Therapist when i get older.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have had experiences in my life that only The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints could help me with. The doctrine they teach helped me understand more about life and why I am here on this earth. And that I have a loving Heavenly Father who cares for me. My parents are converts to the church and it amazed me how them being raised as Christians in Haiti they have a better understanding about God. I wasn't fully converted to the church until I read the scriptures, followed the commandments, and prayed to my Heavenly Father asking him if the things I am doing and learning are right and true. I had this warm peace come upon me and felt happy in my heart and that is when I knew that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was true. The principles they teach is truly how the Lord would want us to live our lives. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to Church, reading my scriptures and praying everyday to my Heavenly Father. I have also received many callings that coordinate with my faith. I visit sisters of the church and speak with them about Christ, I have also been a coach for the youth for basketball.
