Hi I'm Hi I'm Joseph

I live in Fiji, a small island in the Pacific. I'm a Latter day Saint (a Mormon).

About Me

I'm the eldest in my family and I feel that what I do is an example to all those who are younger then me. In High school my favorite subjects were math and physics. I enjoy playing almost all sports, . I also love playing chess, checkers, carom and cards. I can play the piano and I use this talent to play hymns in our church meeting.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member all my life, my parents and grandparents got baptized just before I was born. Being brought up in the Gospel I had always been kept in the right path. I am grateful to my family for nourishing me in this path because it helped me not to make decisions that I would regret. Following the counsel given by the leaders of the Church and also counsel that are in the scriptures has taught me to see the world in a different prospective, prioritize my time and give purpose to my life. I have found great success in whatever good I put my mind to, especially excelling in college. I have a testimony of that and I know I was only able to achieve the things that I did by abiding by my believes.

How I live my faith

I like going to Church on Sundays and enjoy all the other activities that are held during the week. I was called to be the president for the boys of ages 12-17, and I would prepare their lessons for Sundays, organize activities (sports) and sometimes go visit them at their homes. I loved doings all these things, especially because it just bought us all together. I was just 18 years told at that time and this calling taught me how to be a responsible person. I like to go and teach people with the missionaries, it has shown me how people can change themselves no matter who they were before.
