Hi I'm Parker

I grew up in Utah. I played football for 10 years and track for 6 years. I like to hunt with my family. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived in Utah my whole life. I have seven people in my family. I have 3 brothers and 1 sister. My oldest brother is serving an LDS mission in Canada. My personal interests are sport shooting, hunting, football, weight lifting, and building. Currently, I am getting ready to serve a full time LDS mission in Ecuador. I work at Ace Hardware and the meat department in a local grocery store. My favorite food is just about anything. I love trying new things and working with other people.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. My dad and mom were also born in the church, but my mom's family was less active. I choose to follow the teachings of this gospel and to share it with everyone I can because it is fulfilling. There is not a question that I have had that has not been answered by the church. There is also a sense of belonging. You find freinds that will help you to live the way that our father in heaven wants us to. It is not always easy, but it is worth it.

How I live my faith

I go to church every Sunday for the full three hours. I help set up for the religious ceremony that we conduct called the sacrament. We perform multiple acts of service around our community. I help take care of people in the community that are struggling either physically, spiritually, or emotionally.
