Hi I'm Phlatt Mclean

I am from Charlotte, North Carolina. I am a student studying Computer Engineering. I am a Latter-day Saint.

About Me

Just so you understand and know a little about me. I am one of 15 children. I have a twin sister whom she is older than I. I am currently studying Computer Engineering and am planning on organizing my manufacturing company that will deal with electronic devices and technology. I love playing basketball and mostly any sport. I may not be great at them but I love playing them. I play about seven instruments, each including: trumpet, baritone, drums, bass and acoustic guitars, some piano and violin. I used to do gymnastics when I was younger.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because I feel that it is something that I have been lead and directed to by my Heavenly Father. I feel that He has spoken with me through many of His children and more especially through His Holy Spirit, letting me know what I need to do in order to come closer to Him and what I need to do to return back to Him. I have come to know for myself that the Lord has truly allowed me to come to His gospel and His church. I feel that from the principles taught in His church have been beneficial for my life, my children's lives, and those with whom I come in contact with. I am truly grateful to know my Heavenly Father and continue to know who He is, His son Jesus Christ, my beloved Savior, and the Holy Ghost whom they use as a messenger to touch our hearts to know and feel peace, joy, and happiness in our hearts. I know that the peace, joy, and happiness we feel in our lives is our Heavenly Father touching our hearts teaching us and letting us know He is guiding us and helping us to know that what has been taught us about Him and His church are true.

How I live my faith

I usually live my faith through my words, actions, and deeds. Each one having specific details about them. I live my faith through my words by making sure I say things that are positive, uplifting, encouraging to my friends and family. I live my faith through my actions by making sure I do things that are appropriate for people and friends to be around me. I like to watch and listen to music that are uplifting and helps me to have a wonderful outlook on life. I must say, hard rock is not my favorite at all. I live my faith through deed by making sure I have some type of service activity to be involved with in the community or in my families life, and friends. I attend church and participate in my church duties that I have been assigned. In my assignment for church duties, I am the president of the men and help them to understand their duties as well.
