Hi I'm Kenzie

Im a university student, I love to laugh, learn and teach. My friends and family are everything to me.

About Me

Im a student and i love it, a majority of the time. I love to play basketball and have picked up a passion for coaching, especially my special needs girls. I love to read. I mean like anything and everything, my friends say its weird but i dont care. I love to be with people and talk with them. learning about others and how they live is so interesting and the best way i find to do that is meet new people! Im not perfect and i know it. I know what its like to feel insecure and doubt myself, but i have come to learn that they best way to succeed is to not be afraid of failure. My life isnt close to perfect but i am still grateful for all the opportunities i have and the people i know and love.

Why I am a Mormon

I love this gospel and i love my savior. I havent always been the best at showing my love, we all know teenagers can be a bit testy at times, but through my mistakes i have learned how much heavenly father really does love and care for me. I know he knows me individually and cares about what is happening in my life. I know that the atonement is real and can truly make you feel better. I know that this gospel makes me a happier and better person, that is one of the main reasons i live it. I know the choices i have made, however unpopular they may seem have helped me be the best me i can, and for that i am forever grateful that i am a mormon.

How I live my faith

I have always been a planner. since i was a youth so it only seems fitting that i of course get to plan all the activities! its pretty cool we planned some things like kickball tournaments, dances on the Queen Elizabeth Boat, game show nights, outdoor dances, drive in movies, and adult sized carnivals! its crazy busy but seeing my peers enjoy themselves makes it all worth it. I have also had the opportunity teach little children in sunday school. they were the cutest little girls ever! and it was fun to see how smart those little ones are. I love to be a mormon it presents me with so many opportunities to do things in my community. We have sung for the elderly, painted old hockey rinks and so much more.
