Hi I'm Natasha

I grew up moving from place to place, so I have seen a lot. I am a working mom, with 4 kids and a husband. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to read, watch movies, shoot targets with my family. I'm a mom of 2 boys and 2 girls. We like to go bike riding, and hanging out outside, but only during the winter LOL.

Why I am a Mormon

I was 13 when 2 sisters came to teach my mom about the church and I was over the top against them from the start. I was a southern Baptist to the core, well as much as any 13 year old know it all. So I secretly... well I thought secretly listened to their lessons every time they came and by the 3 visit they asked my mom to read some versus in the book of Mormon and to pray for my own answer if it was true. And so that night in my room with my mom's book of Mormon in hand I threw it on the floor as not to taint my bible on my night stand. The next morning got up and the 1st thing I felt the need to do was to read the versus. So I did. And then I prayed about it and I felt like well it's hard to describe, well safe and like you feel when you come home after a long trip, well wish I was a writer to do the feeling justice. But I knew in my heart that this was meant to lay next to my bible.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing my best day by day to follow the example that Jesus Christ set for us while he was here. I do the same with his commandment. I visit with other women in the church at least once a month to see if they need anything that I could help them with. We have classes of all kinds of stuff like cooking, food storage, family history, just to name a few. I feel blessed to have such a wonderful group of people that I feel so close to in my ward.

What is the Relief Society?

Official Church Answer The Relief Society is the oldest and largest women's organization in the world. Relief Society was established in 1842 for women 18 years of age and older. Its purpose is to build faith and personal righteousness, strengthen families and homes, and help those in need. My answer The Relief Society is the women of the church coming together to teach, to support, to love, to be examples, to prepare, and to stand as witnesses of Christ. Show more Show less
