Hi I'm Adam

I grew up in small town in Iowa. I served four years in the U. S. Air Force and now a student at Iowa State University.

About Me

I am full of energy and love life! I enjoy doing many outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, camping, boating, water sports, playing football, and much more. I enjoying going to events and being with my beautiful wife! After I graduated from high school served in the U. S. Air Force for four years. I was honored to serve my country and help preserve our freedoms. After my military service, I served a mission in Mexico, which was the best two years ever! I enjoyed serving the Mexican people and learning Spanish. I am grateful for both my military and mission services. I am currently a student at Iowa State University studying finance. I really enjoy and hope to successfully start my career upon graduation.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in two faiths as a child. I was baptized into the Lutheran Church at very young age and few years later I was baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Throughout my years in elementary school, middle school, and high school I attended both churches off and on. I attended the Lutheran church more regularly when I was in middle school and I thought it was a good church. And it was a good church, it taught me good principles. However, I felt there was something missing as I attended the church. I knew that when Christ established his church on earth that he called 12 apostles to lead and guide his church. And I thought if He had called these 12 disciples for His church then, why wouldn't have them in his church today. And it came to my knowledge that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has 12 apostles and they are called of God and their is a living prophet here on Earth. That is how I knew that the Church was true and how I gained my personal testimony of His true gospel. And this is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I enjoy going to church every Sunday and feeling a strong peace as I worship God and be around the members of my church. I find a huge amount of joy giving service to all those who are in need, it brings me a lot happiness to see how the smiles on my neighbors and friends faces after I have been able to give them hand. I also enjoy the youth in my church, as I get opportunities to teach and be with them. I always try to be willing to help anyone and to be at their service.
