Hi I'm Jessicalyn

I am from Utah County. I am a daughter, a sister, a friend. I am majoring in Graphic Design. I follow Christ and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest of six children and I love it. I attend an awesome nearby University and am majoring in Graphic Design. I love art, music, fashion, and my incredible family and friends. Everything in my life is exemplified by my religion. I love this gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I can not express enough how much joy this gospel brings the members of this church. I have come to know that this church is true from sincere study, prayer and application. I found that I was becoming the person I've always wanted to be. The fruits of this gospel are good and manifest themselves every day. I am happier, stronger, wiser and kinder. This Gospel means second chances, it means opportunity and it means salvation. His Plan of Happiness for us allows us to live with our families for all eternity if we follow His commandments. I love this gospel with all my heart. It brings me greater happiness than anything in this world. I welcome trials, not because they are easy, or desired, but because they help me become stronger in my faith and closer with my Heavenly Father. We are never ever alone, for He is always and forever patiently waiting for us to "Come unto Christ". He hears and answers our prayers. He loves us and I love Him.

How I live my faith

For me, living my faith means that I do those "small and simple things" such as reading my scriptures, having meaningful conversations with my Heavenly Father, and choosing the right every day. Rarely does any dramatic change come in my life that alters my personality, my desires and/or my dreams. Rather, I find that my character develops as I make countless correct decisions and strive to be my best at all times. That doesn't mean I always succeed, but the point is to try. I find that this makes me happy. This makes me excited to live life, to try new things, to love new people and not be afraid to fall. Christ can be an active part of my life if I let Him. He has showed us by example how to live, love and hope. God has given us so much good, and I can be ours if we let it.
