Hi I'm Robert

I was born in Milwaukee WI. I love toying around with computers and I speak binary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a pretty high strung guy, my life runs at warp speed. I am a family man and love my 3 children...most of the time... and my wife all the time. I'm a lifelong Wisconsinite. I have worked in the para-transit field for 15 years and helped a lot of people get where they need to. I grew up in a single parent family and my mother passed away when I was very young. My life has been a very chaotic storm at times and I'm thankful that I have my family by my side to support me.

Why I am a Mormon

Our previous church had closed it's doors and my wife was concerned about our spiritual welfare. I would bet my wife prayed for an answer and it came to our door one day in the form of 2 young men tracting. Many times my wife asked me to join in on lessons with the Elders, but I was always running late or too tired or had to be to work very early. After one particularly long and busy week I took some time off and spent the day with my wife and she asked if I would meet with the Elders Veni and Hafen. I really could not make up any excuse, so I agreed. That evening I was asked if I would be attending the baptism of my wife and daughter and I was unable to think of any excuse to not go. The Sunday after their baptism, I attended church service. I walked in and was welcomed with open arms and a welcoming heart. After the meetings and before I left I searched out the Elders and asked if we could set a time to meet for I was touched by the feelings that were shared and the people that I met. I decided to be baptized myself a short time later.

How I live my faith

One day at a time. I also help out in the local congregation's family history center. I try to help people find out more about their ancestors.
