Hi I'm Seth

I grew up in Utah. I am an eagle scout and I love the outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 18 years old and am currently going to college and preparing for my mission to Houston, Texas. I love to play basketball and football and also love to go hunting. I really enjoy the outdoors and I love to go camping with family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is true. I know that Joseph Smith restored this church and I know that President Thomas S. Monson is a prophet of God that recieves direct revelation from God to lead and guide the His church. I know that Joseph Smith translated the Book of Mormon through the power of God and I know it is a true and correct book. It's teachings can help us in our lives if we heed the words in it and learn from mistakes made by those in the Book of Mormon. I love the Gospel so much! It blesses my life in so many ways even when I don't deserve it. I am leaving to go on an LDS mission January 2, 2013 and I can't wait to help others come unto Christ and see their lives blessed by the Gospel. I know that God hears and answers prayers, as he has answered so many of mine. I know that families can be together for eternity not just until death. I am so grateful to be a mormon and all the blessings I recieve and can help others recieve because of being a part of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I am the assistant to the bishop which means I help him watch over the priest quorum and members of the ward. I organize events for the young men and young women to do on wednesday nights that help strengthen our faith in Jesus Christ and have fun while doing it. I am also a hometeacher which means I visit members in the ward and teach them and help them with anything they need.
