Hi I'm Brooke Towns

I grew up in the heart of Florida. I am 6'3". I'm a fifth generation Mormon.

About Me

I am a junior in college living far away from home. I love making up silly songs to tunes of songs on the radio at random times, watching scary movies, and decorating turtlenecks with my roommates for 90's style Christmas pictures.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it brings me joy. So much of the world is filled with sadness and pain, but when I am living Christ's gospel, I forget my sorrows and can be happy. And even though I live two and a half thousand miles from home, I know that I can be with my family for eternity. Why not live a life that can bring you happiness and will never end?

How I live my faith

I serve in my ward by assisting with the genealogy class and visiting other women in the ward to make sure they have no needs.

What do Mormons believe concerning the doctrine of grace?

Brooke Towns
No matter how hard we work in this life, we won't be perfect. We will make mistakes and we will falter. But one person did live a perfect life and knows how hard it is: Jesus Christ. He knows that we will have struggles and hardships and that even though our intentions may be good, we'll mess up. He won't abandon us though. His atonement makes up for what we lack and with Him, we can gain salvation. The grace he provides me is so beautiful. I will forever be his debtor, but He will forever provide. Show more Show less
