Hi I'm Nombuso

I am an International Relations Graduate. My long term goal is to be a Diplomat. I am a Mormon

About Me

I love reading a LOT! S you can say I am a book worm, thanks to my dad. Do not love writing that much despite the countless awards and certificates I've received for my writing in School. I enjoy teaching with the missionaries, spending time with family and friends. I love shoes! Shoe fanatic :). I have a dream of someday becoming a South African Ambassador in Government Relations or Trade. I follow current affairs a lot and enjoy political discussions. In a process of starting a political blog...still thinking about it.. I enjoy laughing. I believe laughter is the sunshine of the mind. I love the different cultures we have in the world and the different languages as well.

Why I am a Mormon

Firts Sunday i visited the building was the first Sunday of the month, where members are given the opportunity to express their feelings about the church. I thought that was amazing but what really struck me was how I felt as each person went infron to share their feelings. It was an amazing feeling one that made me want to be a part of the church.

How I live my faith

Being a member of the church is the everything to me. Just doing the simple things. Serving someone, visiting friends or fellow members who are in distress. Help someone clean their yard, reading a book to a child, listening when someone needs someone to listen.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Missionaries teach about Heavenly Father and the love that He has for us. They share about the Atonement of Jesus Christ, that because He loved us He laid down His life for each of us so we may have a chance to go back and Live with Heavenly Father once more. They share about how the Atonement came with the gift to choose for ourselves and if we make mistakes, how through the Atonement of Christ we can be able to repent and have the opportunity to feel clean and guilt free.
