Hi I'm Allison

I grew up moving around with my family to different Air Force bases until I was ten. Now I'm a missionary in Kansas! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student and love to learn new things. I love to be creative. I love summer! I love to be outside. My family moved around a lot when I was little because my dad was in the Air Force. He's retired now and we live in Utah. I love that I've been able to live outside of Utah, but I also love living in Utah. I have been recently called to serve a mission and can't wait to teach others the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church and have been a member my whole life, but I have had to develop my own testimony of the Church just like everyone else. I know that Joseph Smith saw Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I know he translated the Book of Mormon and I am very thankful to have it in my life. I have read the Book of Mormon and prayed about it and know that it is the word of God. I know that if we read it we will grow closer to our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ as we learn about them. I know that Heavenly Father loves us and sent His son to die for us, so that we can live with Him again. I know that if we pray with a sincere heart Heavenly Father will answer us and bless us according to His will. I know that my family can be together forever and I am so grateful for that.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving as a ward missionary in my home ward. I get to visit the members that need that extra support in their lives and help them see the goodness of the gospel. At school I worked with the activities committee for my singles ward. I loved being able to plan activities and help our ward grow closer through fun and spiritual things too.
