I am from a family of nine. I have been in ten schools over five states. I'm a mormon

About Me

I love my family. I have four brothers and two sisters, I am the 5th child of 8 the youngest has past away though. I like playing Basket Ball and ultimate Frisbee with my friends. I'm attending a community college and am about to Graduate with an assosiactes so I can transfer to a university and start on a computer science degree. Because we moved so much I never really made any best friends so my brothers have always been my friends. I've had a job as a cub scout camp staffer where i taught children how to make crafts and tie knots. I have also worked as a adverstiser and a security guard. I've never spent more than four years in one place and I have lived in Texas, Missouri, Minnesota, Oregon, Washington, but I have never lived in Utah which is known as kind of the Mormon head quarters. I have over 100 cousins on my moms side and we have massive family reunions every 3 years or so. I have climbed mountains and glaciers and gone though Lava caves but nothing to extreme. I like camping and computers. I just recently returned from serving a two year mission for the church in West Virginia, It was the hardest and best two years of my life and I learned a lot while I was there

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised a mormon but there is so much more to it than that. I have personally felt the spirit countless times at church and in the temple. I know that the church is true and I am glad that heavenly father has a plan to let me live with my family in the next life. there have been times when I feel like I am only going to church becuase my parents are making me, but recently I would be going even if i was the only one who did. the gospel makes so much sence in my life it is as if it is a

How I live my faith

I have you used the LDS youth programs to make friends instantly as I have moved from place to place it alloys me to meet people in my age group and with similar standards and values. these friends are the only people I have kept in touch with as I moved and only during high school. the People in the youth programs try very hard to make activities that are educating and fun to do every Wednesday night. there is also a church ball league that i playing with my ward against other neighboring lds groups in the area. which is really fun and lets me hang out with other people from my ward more.

What is Mormonism? OR What do Mormons believe?

as a Mormon I believe in Jesus Christ. He is the son of god, as is every person on the earth. I know that through the atonement I can return to live with god in heaven. I also believe that god still talks to men on earth today and certain men can receive revelation for the entire world. They are called prophets and that through modern prophets you can come closer to Christ than is possible with the bible alone. Show more Show less

I know that families can be together forever through heavenly fathers plan of happiness. I know that god gives us families so that we can be happy and he wants us to have a family and be happy for eternity Show more Show less
