Hi I'm Jordan Taylor

I love Music, Singing, Biking and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am from Utah. I served a mission in the Iowa Des Moines Mission. I am happily married! I love biking, the outdoors, and Music. I love working with family at our family business, believe it or not I am much closer to them this way! I love life and don't fear death. I love to smile. I am truly grateful for the Atonement that Jesus Christ performed for us all. I am grateful that I can live my life and know someone Loves me always and knows me personally.

Why I am a Mormon

Well why not be a Mormon! I am a Mormon because I have grown up that way, but the cool part is that we have a gift called agency and I have chosen to stay with the church and through many trials in my life I have found the most Happiness in this church. I like to define this Happiness as...Joy, and I have experienced only moments of Joy but I know that as I do the things that God has commanded I will be able to experience Joy forever, Yes I said forever. I have come to learn from this church that Happiness is temporary but Joy is eternal. The influence this church has been to me has been amazing. The friends that I have made from the church have kept me motivated to keep up my Faith and I on occasion have experienced the Joy come into my life as I have listened to their Amazing Testimonies. I have also learned that families are eternal and that we can be with one another forever. What an amazing thing that is. I find Joy in the fact that I can be with my family forever, I love them so much! I have found for myself that this is the restored gospel though prayer and studying the scriptures and applying the principles that Christ taught in my life and found Joy comes from doing so. That Joy has come through the Holy Ghost testifying to me of the truthfulness of this Gospel. Experiencing Joy was what it took for me and I constantly long for it and I know that as I continue in following and keeping His commandments that I can feel the Joy I so desire. Joy is a gift that Heavenly Father lets us all experience but we must do what He says in order for us to obtain it for ourselves forever in the life to come. How great shall be your Joy?

How I live my faith

I Live my faith by callings of leadership in the Young Men's Programs in the church and willingly giving 2 years of my life as a missionary in Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri. As well as in day to day living, by following the commandments given by the Lord, I love being spontaneous and giving to those in need. Sharing a smile is one thing everyone needs and saying Hi to people helps makes differences, I Promise it does.
