Hi I'm Jackie

I love to act. I love seranading people while playing my ukulele. I love my Saviour, Jesus Christ. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I love being happy. All the things below bring me happiness. I have always loved performing. Acting, singing, and dancing. I love strumming my ukulele and singing along. I love how a song can bring the spirit and sooth a wounded soul. I love bringing a smile to someone's face as I share my talents. I love sharing what I believe through song. I love being outdoors and working out. My body is a gift from God and I like taking care of it and going on adventures! It's a little more challenging for me, being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, but I love a challenge. I love my family. They mean the world to me. There is nothing better than sitting around with my three brothers and my parents and enjoying each others company. When we're all getting along, that is. I love my Saviour Jesus Christ and living His gospel. It makes me happy :)

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a memeber of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, but I've stayed a member because I know for myself that it is true. There was a pivitol moment in my life where I knew that I had to be a member whole-heartedly or not be a member at all. I remember the struggle I had as I questioned things that I had done all my life. As I knelt in sincere prayer I felt the Holy Ghost testify to me that the church, and the gospel it teaching are true. I know it with my whole heart.

How I live my faith

The biggest way I live my faith currently is serving a mission. All I do is teach of Jesus Christ and serve others for a year and a half. It is AWESOME!

What do Mormons believe concerning the doctrine of grace?

Jackie
Grace is very important to me. I know that after all I do I will never be able to make it back to live with God on my own. His Grace, through the atonement of Jesus Christ, we are enabled to get back home. But Grace is also active in our lives now. Through grace we are strengthened and enabled to do the things He wants us to accomplish now. We can get through life only with His grace. It is amazing! Show more Show less
