Hi I'm Justin Hendricks

I am human, I make mistakes. I am an actor, a singer, a dancer, the second youngest out of fifteen children, and I'm a Mormon

About Me

For the most part, I am just a normal teenage boy. If there is such a thing. I eat my dear parents out of house and home, I like sports, and I try to do well in school but sometimes I don't do the best, I have my own dreams and ambitions, and I have friends. One of the things I like to do especially is drama; I love being on the stage, and being able to influence people in that way. One of my favorite parts about being an actor, is being able to see the joy on peoples faces, and being able to touch them in such an insignificant way, and just to make their days better. I have been in about 30 different productions, once I was Lumiere in beauty and the beast, and another time I was Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat, and I hope to be in many more. I have 14 siblings. 8 of them step, but in reality it's just one big happy family. I have the most amazing mom who is loving and supportive of me, and I have an equally amazing step-mom (not like the evil type you read about in fairy tails.) I love life, and I am proud to say that I am a Mormon!

Why I am a Mormon

I was blessed to be born into an LDS family, and was given the choice to be baptized. At age eight, I was baptized, and confirmed, and even though at the time I might have not understood exactly what I was doing by making that choice, it was the best choice of my life. I am a Mormon, because the church brings so much Joy into my life, and because I know that it's true. I love this Gospel, I know of it's truthfulness, I try each day to live the gospel, and I love it because of the joy it brings into my life, and the lives of those I love.

How I live my faith

I live my faith imperfectly, I am striving for perfection but fall far short. I am striving to live my life more fully to the truths I know. Some ways I have lived my faith is by visiting different families in my ward, and checking up on them, and helping them out with different projects. I love studying the scriptures, because the help me with the problems I face. I am reminded, that while hard, each time I live my faith I am blessed. And for me, that isn't something I just throw out for fun, or for a good answer. I say that, because I feel happier and more at peace when I live the gospel the best I can. When I follow it, I am blessed. and I am so thankful for it. My faith has caused me to desire, and to want to serve a mission for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day saints. This means I will leave my familly, my friends, put my plans for college on hold, and go serve the Lord for two years. I will be serving in the Billings Montana Mission, and I couldn't be more excited. I am excited, because I want someone else, who is right in the middle of all there problems, to feel the peace the Gospel has brought into mine. And I am so excited, because I want to share the faith I live, and share the faith I love, and share God's love.
