Hi I'm Taylor

I've been a Utah girl my whole life! I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints!

About Me

I guess you could say that I'm a girl of many talents. I love to draw and write fiction in my spare time, I won't object to the occasional hike up the mountain, or bike ride down the street. I like to read books, mostly fantasy based like the Chronicles of Narnia or Harry Potter. I like to watch movies, eat popcorn, and have fun with my friends! I graduated from high school in 2008, and I just recently got my Associates Degree! I'm still unsure as to what I want to have as a career, but we'll see.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in this church, and thankfully, I've never allowed myself to become inactive. There is a feeling, a sense of right that I can feel whenever I attend my church, and I've always wanted to be surrounded by that feeling. I know it is the Holy Ghost, and his influence that helps me to know that this is the one true church of Jesus Christ. I know that through him, I can be made clean. He truly is my inspiration in everything I do, and I will be forever grateful for His Atoning sacrifice for not only me, but my loved ones as well. I know that Joseph Smith was a true Prophet of God; called to bring forth the truth of His gospel. And I know that he translated the Book of Mormon through Divine power. I know that President Thomas S. Monson is our living Prophet, and that only he holds all the keys and authority to act in God's name.

How I live my faith

I've held several callings as I grew up in my church. I've been in the presidency of the Beehives, Mia maids, and Laurels. I've attended several firesides and classes including seminary and institute. Just recently I was called to be the chorus leader at my Young Single Adults ward. Nearly every Sunday, I would stand in front of the organ leading the music.
