Hi I'm Andrew

I'm Andrew. I was born in Maryland, but grew up in England and Colorado. And I'm most definitely a Mormon!

About Me

I was born in Mayland, moved to Germany when I was five, lived there for about two and a half years, then moved to England a little before I turned eight. I lived in England until I was about 14, then we moved to Colorado and have lived there ever since. Before you start to wonder, NO my dad is NOT Military. We just like to travel. I went to college at BYU in Rexburg for a year so far, but hope to continue my full education eventually! My hobbies are what most teenage guys like to do: Play video games and hang out with friends. Although, what I really like to do, is not what "too" many teenage guys like to do... that is, work on, and mess with computers. I love computers and electronics in general. I also love cars, although I don't necessarily know too much about them. I love hanging out with friends constantly. I do it all the time, in fact, pretty much every day.

Why I am a Mormon

Why am I a Mormon? I think the question is, why wouldn't I be a Mormon? It's hugely blessed my life in ways that you couldn't even imagine. I can't really list all the ways that it's blessed my life, because there are so many, but a few ways are my family. They are incredible people and I love them tremendously! My friends are also a huge blessing from my religion. My life style is definitely a huge blessing, because while people claim that we are "restricted" by the guidelines in our religion (I say guidelines, because the "rules" are more like strong recommendations. It's up to you, truly, but so is being a member of the church. If you're a member, you'll follow them). We are really set free by these guidelines. They are rules that help us keep a generally healthy body, they keep us from getting into trouble with the law, and they keep us safe. We have control of our selves when we follow these rules, and when we do follow them, it SHOWS that we have control. And, of course, the biggest reason I'm a Mormon is because I KNOW it's true. It just makes sense.

How I live my faith

The way I live my faith is by following through with my callings and trying to live by example. I generally hang out with people of my faith, but we always try to include people who aren't of our faith just to show them that we can have fun without doing stupid things! We don't drink, we don't smoke or do any sort of drugs, and yet we have a great time. I go to church every week, and help out with other church callings when ever it's needed throughout the week, while still living my life!
