Hi I'm Clarissa Wilcken Miller

I have six half siblings, I was raised by amazing grandparents and a single mother, and I love to paint. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student. I want to study psychology and art. I love to sing and to paint. I have six half siblings, I grew up with a single mom and her parents. My family means the world to me.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon, because The Holy Ghost has witnessed to me that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the Mormon church) is truly Christ's restored church upon the earth. I have found all of the answers, all of the hope, all of the joy that I have ever wanted and more by living and being apart of the Mormon faith.

How I live my faith

I live my faith, like I eat my bread. It's something that I do daily. It keeps me alive. It keeps me full. It brings me joy. It has become a part of me. I attend meetings on Sunday, where I worship with my ward by partaking of the Sacrament and renewing promises that I made with God when I was baptized, then listening to talks that are centered on Jesus Christ and his gospel. Throughout my week, I live my faith by daily prayer and scripture study. I am always striving to keep the commandments of God, and live by the high standards he has set. I stumble and I make mistakes, but I am trying to make repentance through the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, a part of my daily routine.

Do you really believe there is a prophet like Moses alive today?

Clarissa Wilcken Miller
Yes! God has always called prophets since the beginning of time to teach us about the gospel of Jesus Christ. He loves us and He wants us to return home to Him, and so through His prophets, He tells us how. God does not love us any less than the Israelites, and so he speaks to us, just as he spoke to them, through a living prophet that receives revelation for the needs and concerns of today's society.
