Hi I'm Juliette Eames

I'm a wife I'm a student I'm a Mormon :)

About Me

I served a mission for the LDS church from April 2013-October 2014 in Lima, Peru. I love all things Peruvian and it was an amazing experience to learn about their culture and way of life. What I most loved about my mission was the relationship I developed with my Heavenly Father. I was sealed in the San Diego Temple to my sweetheart, May 2015 and love returning to the temple with my spouse. I teach Senior Missionaries at the MTC and am majoring in Latin American Studies at Brigham Young University. Life is happy!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that through the Gospel of Jesus Christ I can find true joy :)

How I live my faith

I live my faith daily through scripture study, prayer, and weekly temple attendance. I strive to find how the Lord has blessed me during the day and give thanks before bed for specific things I am grateful for. The gospel of Jesus Christ brings me such happiness!

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Juliette Eames
I consider it more of a privilege to serve than anything. It's not required to serve but encouraged. Through my teenage years as I developed my testimony and faith I was attracted to missionary work. I decided to go on a mission because I saw how the gospel can change and enhance lives through the blessings our Heavenly Father wants to give us. Christ is central in our church, and as he has taught us to "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations", I thought- what better way to show my love for my Savior than by preaching his gospel.
