Hi I'm Tate Carson

I've grown up in Utah. I love to be in the mountains. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi, here's a little about me. I'm 19 and getting ready to serve a mission. I enjoy hunting, fishing, and just being in the outdoors. I work a lot, mostly tutoring at elementary schools. I enjoy listening to a lot of music and going to see concerts, especially for the local bands.

Why I am a Mormon

I've grown up in the Church my entire life. I wouldn't say that there has ever been one defining moment of when I found out for myself that the Church is true, but just a lot of little things that remind me. I've spent many years in Seminary and going to Church, but the biggest thing that strengthens my faith is studying the Book of Mormon. I know that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ and should be study alongside the Bible. Over my years I've seen several friends fall away from the Church and I've seen the pain that they went through. I've been lucky enough to see and even help some of those friends find their way back to Christ and see the joy that it's brought them. I know through prayer and through studying the scriptures that "the Mormon" church is true. I know that Jesus loves all of us and that He wants us to be happy and return to live with Him and our Father in Heaven. I know it's true, and I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I attend church every Sunday and I just love the feelings that I get there. Whenever possible I like to teach lessons because I really like to share what I know about the gospel. A big part of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is service, I love being able to put aside everything that's going on in my life and being able to use my talents and strengths to help make someone else's life a little easier by doing yard work or just listening to them talk. I like to visit the older people in my ward and community because I feel that they have so many stories to tell and advice to give that helps me to become a better person.
