Hi I'm Pat

I'm a grandmother of 16, a homemaker and I am a Mormon

About Me

I am a wife, mother and grandmother. I like doing creative type projects such as art, sewing making Christmas wreaths. I also love to read.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe the LDS church's teaching and principals are correct and true. I also believe that its values are ones that I want to embrace ,some of which are being morally clean, giving service to others and loving your fellow man. I was born with a rare genetic muscle disorder and as a young girl I learned to rely upon my Heavenly Father when I needed his help. As I grew older my Testimony of the truths I was learning came a little at a time. such as I believe in a living Prophet of God that is here upon the earth today. I also believe that the Book of Mormon is a second witness of Jesus Christ who came to earth to atone for our sins and became our savior and redeemer. I love the Gospel of Jesus Christ with all my heart.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending my church meetings. I have been teaching the young girls in our area for the last five years, ages eight -twelve on a by-weekly bases . We call it achievement days . We work on several aspects of our lives such as talents, good health habits, service to others .cooking and gospel principals. I also visit four ladies each month to give friendship, love and any personal help they may need.
